Juice fasting for weight loss

Juice fasting for weight loss is an alternative way to reduce your weight. In this traditional alternative method, people are allowed only to consume water and nothing else. In that way, juice fasting is a healthy diet which consists exclusively juice. As juice is believed to be a perfect source of all kinds of nutrients, such as vitamins and antioxidants, it is considered to a healthy way for weight loss. Consuming juice can provide all your body's needs as your solid food.
Some of the tips to start your juice fasting includes:

  • Begin this method during the summer or spring as you can get almost all kinds of fruit and vegetables.
  • Avoid sugar, caffeine, dairy, nicotine, alcohol, animal meat, wheat, eggs and fish for about 7 days before you start your juice fast.
  • Consume organic fruits, vegetables and beans in the first week of your juice fasting.
  • About 32 and 64 oz. of juice every day is enough while fasting.
  • During the juice fasting for weight loss, drink plenty of water - at least six glasses of water.
If you cannot able to follow this method on a regular basis, then try to drink plenty of water or juice just before every meal. This will help you to have very little of solid food as your stomach is already full with liquid food
