These are quite funny as well as easy ways of exercising that stimulate the mind to do physical labor. However, if you do not take the proper intake of diet it may create a problem. If you start losing more than one pound in one week, it will be too much. As a result your body will start starving. This may cause a decrease in the metabolism of the body.
