What is Body Fat?

The fat cells start to shrink when a patient burns a lot of calories than what they might consume and the energy that we have comes from that fat known as triglycerides. The substances from the triglycerides become broken down into fatty and glycerol acids. After that they are absorbed into the kidneys, liver, plus the muscle tissue. Once that happens the fatty acids and the glycerol continue to break down and that way the body is able to produce the energy needed by the chemical processes that happen in the body.

Heat becomes generated from the activities that happen in the body that help to maintain the temperature of the body. Carbon dioxide and water result from the waste products and turn into urine that is excreted or either a person might exhale it from their lungs or possibly just sweat might come from it. This might vary depending on the person's activity and what all they are doing.

Whenever a patient is worried about their body fat or maybe things might not be going the way that they should with it they should contact the doctor and see what needs to be done.
