Breathing exercises for weight loss

Experts believe that breathing exercises can positively affect weight loss. Both subconscious mind and conscious mind are required to control the breathing techniques and this will bring in general wellbeing and good health. In studies conducted at New Zealand it was found that relaxation, meditation and breathing techniques can bring in general wellbeing. The theory says that human body has three elements and they are hydrogen, carbon and oxygen molecules.
Due to breathing techniques extra oxygen is added to the body fat and thus the fat gets break down into mainly two substances and they are water and carbon dioxide.  Water gets out of the body via urination. There are many books are articles written on breathing techniques for weight loss. Even naturopathy experts are strong recommenders of breathing techniques for weight loss. It is certainly worth trying because there are absolutely no side effects associated with this. However, the only matter of concern is that it requires proper guidance so that breathing exercises are performed in the required manner
