Weight loss and calorie intake

It is important to note that every person’s ideal calorie intake will be different. This is because it completely depends on person’s age, sex, activity levels, height, and weight.
But if you want to find the relationship between weight loss and calorie intake then firstly it is vital to create a calorie deficit.
To make the picture clearer researchers took an example of 30 year old women weighing 135 pounds and having height of 5’4 inches with a sedentary lifestyle can be taken. In this example firstly, it is vital to take the basal metabolic rate. With this one can determine the calories that would burn during the day with no major activity other than breathing and digesting. After determining BMR it is vital to determine the number of calories required to maintain the current weight. And then after this the determination of activity levels is required to be done. Experts suggest that the female in the given example would need approximately 1380 calories per day with sedentary lifestyle. But if activity levels increased calorie intake must be added to that extent.

And now, last but not the least calorie deficit is required to be created. The deficit can be created in several ways. Eating less is one way. And exercising more is the other way. One may even use the combination method.
