Can Energy Drinks Help With Losing Weight?

Some people believe that energy drinks can help with losing weight because it can provide a boost of energy that they need with working out and other things but it is a caffeine fix that has a lot of sugar and usually a mixture of other substances which leads into weight gain and other problems.

When energy drinks have a lot of sugar it could really make a person gain a lot of weight more so if they are drinking two or three of them daily. The other problem with energy drinks is that people have been getting them sugar free thinking it's ok but it's not because it is a fix that happens just for a short time but it can still cause other problems such as:

- irritability
- rapid heart beat
- nervousness
- increased blood pressure
- insomnia

Some energy drinks can really become problematic because of the intoxication feeling that comes with the drink and later that could turn into drinking alcohol or other various drinks which could harm not only that person but might risk putting someone else in danger. Having only one energy drink sometimes might be ok but it should not become a daily thing
