Effective ways to gain weight

There are several people who are struggling to reduce weight but on the other hand there are numerous people who always in search of ways to gain weight. There is no need to panic if someone is suffering from underweight as there are some effective and experimented methods to increase weight in very short time.
Well, before moving ahead, it is important to correct eating habits as it is the main reason of reduced weight loss. One should make a chart to count the calories intake in a day. Gaining a weight does not mean to gain fats, so take care about it. One should always avoid fried or fast foods like French fries, burgers or any type of fast foods as these foods are the main reason for high fats on body but it is not about fats its about healthy fats.
Weightlifting, yes make exercise as daily routine, it will provide strength and allow the muscles to grow faster but make sure to use high protein diet. Protein helps in muscle building and thus it provides endurance and helps to gain weight.

Reduced weight may be due to two reasons, one is due to hereditary cause or another is due to malnutrition. However, in both reasons it can be controlled by taking effective measures.
