What Role Does Healthy Skin Play In With Losing Weight?

If a person has a diet that is healthy then it can help and promote the skin to be healthy which can really benefit the patient. One thing that is very good for the skin is antioxidant rich foods.

Some of the food that is good for skin includes but not limited to:

- Fruits
- Cherries
- Vegetables
- Nuts
- Lima Beans
- Green Leafy Vegetables

- Pears
- Apples

While some food items might be good for the skin you'll find that there are other food items that might be dangerous and not as healthy for the skin and a couple of samples include full fat milk and having meat a high intakes instead of small portions.

When a patient is having skin problems and trying to lose weight at the same time they should talk with their doctor to see what kind of antioxidant food items might benefit them but yet also help them to lose weight.
