You must take it early in the morning while you are with your stomach empty and about half an hour earlier to the breakfast. Honey is a good source of simple carbohydrates. It contains molecules of sugar and fat that get digested quite easily. Thus there is no extra fat storage. As a result there is least bulkiness. |
